Listing fee

First listing is free. Each additional listing costs Rs 2,000 via EasyPaisa / JazzCash (admin approval required before publish).

Free consultancy

  • Legal document consultancy (free)

  • SBCA approvals consultancy (free)

    Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) approval guidance. Building without approvals puts the structure at legal risk — we help you stay compliant.

Non-refundable

Approved listing fees are non-refundable. Duplicate / blocked listings due to address policy are not refunded once payment is approved.

Verification

NIC + FBR verification (and RE license when applicable) is required before listings go live.
